Consultation and
Proposal
We will meet with you and discuss your goals and
expectations. We will go over our 8-step, home staging
process while walking through the home as a buyer would and
gather those all-important “first impressions.” We will
visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference
home staging makes by transforming a room of your home, and
give you the photos to use in your marketing efforts. The
consultation will end with a proposal based upon the amount
of work needed in order to gain a speedy sale and the
highest dollar amount for your home.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
The “Top Ten” Priority Report is for homes that are well on
their way to being staged and just need a little extra
direction. This customized report focuses on the ten most
important things the seller should do right away to increase
the value of their home and to obtain a faster sale.
Half
Day of Home Staging
The Transformations by Design Consultant will be working
from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to
make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the
home. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of
each room, take great photos to enhance your agents
marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to
purchase.
Full
Service Home Staging
We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your
home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make!
You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your
agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can
make to complete the look.
Vacant
Home Staging and Model Home Design Service
We perform an initial staging consultation where we review
the home, diagram and measure rooms, map out furniture and
plan accessories for maximum impact. We then coordinate with
our furniture rental partners (who offer our clients huge
discounts) to select the perfect pieces to showcase your
home. We spend at least a day at the home to insure smooth
furniture delivery as well as adding needed additional
accessories and home furnishings from our Portland
warehouse. We spend an additional day removing all of our
furnishings as well as insuring smooth pick up of rental
furniture
Move
In & Redesign Service
By rearranging your existing furnishings, we give your home
a whole new look and feel. The consultation begins with a
walk-through of your home. We will give you ideas for
organizing, updating, paint color, flooring, fabric
selection, lighting, proper furniture and accessory
placement. We may recommend furniture or accessory
purchases, which we will be happy to assist with.
Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that
serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple,
inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of
a room. We know where to go and even get “Designer
Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.
